How are US orders shipped?
Unless you select another option, orders are shipped UPS Ground. Most products are shipped the day after you order them Monday through Friday. Depending on where you live, UPS Ground delivers packages within 3-7 days. Typically, orders are received less than 7 days after the order was placed.
I need delivery tomorrow. Can you ship overnight?
When you select overnight delivery, items will typically arrive in 2 days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, we will ship on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. If you absolutely need overnight delivery, call (877)678.4259 first, and we’ll let you know if overnight delivery is possible.
How are Canadian orders shipped?
We ship to Canada via UPS or the US Postal System (USPS). Although USPS is the least expensive shipping option, you may still be liable for an additional $10-50 CAD entry prep fee payable on delivery.
How are International orders shipped?
We ship anywhere in the world UPS or the USPS delivers. Note that most countries require you to pay additional brokerage, tax, and import fees before you can claim your order. We cannot be responsible for these fees. You should consult the UPS website for your country for the exact amount of these fees before you place your order.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a UPS or USPS tracking number the same day we ship your order. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of ordering, send us an e-mail and we’ll track it down for you.
Can I pay by check/MO/wire transfer or use another carrier?
Businesses, wholesale customers or international business customers may fax a purchase order to (866)422-2356 including contact name, e-mail address and preferred carrier account number. We will e-mail back a Sales Order with total cost and instructions to complete payment.
Is my credit card information safe with you?
All our transactions are handled by Paypal. We never see your credit card number, nor do we store your credit card information. Paypal is extremely safe, highly rated and used by more people than any other online payment system.
Can I just call and place an order?
If you don’t trust the internet or you aren’t sure which product best suits your needs, call us at (877)678.4259 M-F 9-5 EST and we can take your order over the phone.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
CO2Meter.com warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used for their intended purpose, and agrees to fix or replace (at our option) any part or product that fails under normal use. To take advantage of this warranty, the product must be returned to CO2Meter.com at your expense. If, after examination, we determine the product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
This warranty does not cover any products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, modifications or repairs by you or by a third party. No employee or reseller of CO2Meter.com’s products may alter this warranty verbally or in writing.
Our products carry either a 1-year or 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Our sensors and sensor SDKs carry a 90-day warranty. All warranties beginning from the date of shipment to the buyer. See individual product page for details.
What is your return policy?
If the product fails under normal use during the warranty
period, a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained from
CO2Meter.com. After the item is received CO2Meter.com will repair or replace
the item at our discretion.
To obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization), call CO2Meter.com at 877.678.4259. When requesting a RMA please provide reason for return and original order number.
If the product fails under normal use in the first 10 days
of ownership, at our discretion we will email you a postage-paid
If we determine that the product failed because of improper use (water damage, dropping, tampering, electrical damage etc.), or if it is beyond the warranty date, we will inform you of the cost to fix or replace the product.
What is your refund policy? If, after receiving the product you determine that it does
not meet your needs, a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be
obtained from CO2Meter.com within 10 days of delivery. To be considered for a refund,
original box with all parts, manual, and packaging must be included. The item must be received at CO2Meter.com in
working condition void from any damage, misuse or tampering. To obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) for a full
refund less shipping costs call CO2Meter.com at 877.678.4259.
Any missing parts or damage will result in less than the
full purchase price being refunded. All returns for refund after 10 days will
incur a 25% restocking fee. No item will be accepted for a refund after 30 days.
How do I dispose of Calibration Gas Cylinders?
The manufacturer will take empty cylinders back to be recycled at no charge. Although the cylinders can be safely disposed of in a landfill, we strongly encourage recycling. Read more about gas cylinder recycling and disposal here.
