The eSense Fresh Air Indicator (FAI) is a low-cost and maintenance-free carbon dioxide alarm designed to meet OSHA and LEED standards.  The devices audible alarm and flashing LED's indicate when recommended indoor carbon dioxide levels exceeded the 5,000ppm time-weighted average specified by OSHA according to their Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

In addition to the alarm function, the eSense for OSHA includes analog and digital outputs to transmit CO2 levels to a building automation system for exhaust fan control.
