The eSense Fresh Air Indicator (FAI) is a low-cost and maintenance-free carbon dioxide alarm designed to be installed in factories, breweries, wineries, CO2 storage closets or anywhere carbon dioxide levels need to be monitored for personal safety. An audible alarm and flashing light indicate when recommended indoor carbon dioxide levels exceeded the 5,000ppm time-weighted average specified by OSHA according to the Material Safety Data Sheet.

In addition to the alarm function, the eSense FAI includes analog and digital outputs to transmit CO2 levels to a building automation system for exhaust fan control.
