The Probe 2 carbon dioxide gas sensor is designed for any application that requires gas sensing be isolated from the sensor’s electronics or for space limitations. The gas entry wand uses a hydrophobic filter that further protects the sensor from dirt, dust, high humidity, mist, or light spray. This makes it a good choice for applications that are too hostile for diffusion, but don't require the sterile boundary layer provided by a sampling pump.
The Probe 2 uses the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) principle to detect the existence of CO2 in the air, with good selectivity, no cross-sensitivity from other gases, and long life. It offers both digital and analog voltage output. A USB cable provides both power and connection to our free GasLab software.
This device uses GasLab® software for setup, calibration, data logging, and real-time data analysis. GasLab® makes it easy to export data into a .CSV file that can be imported into any industry-standard software or spreadsheet. GasLab® runs on Windows XP or higher, and free to use with our products.
Extension USB Cables - Place the Probe up to 30 meters away from your PC.
