The SprintIR®-6S-100 100% CO2 Sensor (formerly known as the GC-0030) is a high-speed CO2 sensor that can take up to 20 readings per second, It is for fire suppression testing and safety applications.

This sensor is fitted with a standard flow-through adaptor so the CO2 gas can be passed over the optical sensor at high speed.

The SprintIR®-6S-100 uses patented NDIR solid-state LED optical technology enabling the sensor to respond to rapidly changing CO2 without compromising parametric performance.

Features

  • NDIR LED sensor measures up to 100% CO2
  • Fast response rate - 20 readings/second
  • Vibration and shock resistant
  • Easy integration in compact environments

Models

  • SprintIR-6S 100% CO2 Sensor (SPRINTIR-6S-100)– for integration into high-volume OEM products.
  • SprintIR 100% CO2 Sensor Development Kit (CM-20801) - Easy to use, simply plug the sensor PCB module into your PC via USB. Use our free GasLab® software. to measure and graph carbon dioxide in real time or for data logging. Use a Micro Pump Kit to create a complete CO2 sampling sensor system.
  • Sensor Development Kit (CM-200) - Easy to use, simply plug the sensor into the PCB and plug it into your PC via USB. Use our free GasLab® software to measure and graph carbon dioxide or use our library of source code on Github to build your own application or for OEM batch testing/configuration. Order sensors on this page, then order the Devkit here.

We recommend that all first-time users purchase either the CM-20801 or CM-200 Development Kit for fastest and easiest results.

Gas Sensor Development Kit (CM-200)- designed to provide customers with an easy drop-in solution. Includes our free Gaslab data logging software. Sensor sold separately.

Micro-Pump Kit includes all the tools you need to utilize the tube-cap adapters as part of a sampling sensor system.

Nafion Tubing is a highly selective, semi-permeable membrane to water vapor. If gases inside Nafion tubing are wetter than gases surrounding the tubing, drying will occur. If the surrounding gases are wetter, humidification will occur.

Micro Gas Sampling Pumps provide a constant flow of air across the sensor with a tube cap - perfect for bench-top testing of sensors for closed-loop sampling applications.
