Industrial CO2 or O2 Fixed Gas Detectors

Industrial Fixed Gas DetectorsIndustrial fixed gas detectors offer several benefits in ensuring workplace safety and preventing potential hazards. With the CM-900 series, you can measure low oxygen or high carbon dioxide concentrations to protect staff and mitigate potential leaks from occurring. By delivering real-time measurements, the CM-900 series allows users to feel secure knowing audible and visual alarms will activate and notify of an unsafe condition.

Key advantages to using an Industrial Fixed Gas Detector include:

  • Early Detection of Gas Leaks:
    • Fixed gas detectors continuously monitor the air for the presence of hazardous gases. They can detect gas leaks at the earliest stages, allowing for prompt response and mitigation.
  • 24/7 Monitoring:
    • Fixed gas detectors operate around the clock, providing continuous monitoring even when the facilities are unoccupied. This ensures that potential gas leaks are detected regardless of the time of day.
  • Compliance with Regulations:
    • Many industrial processes involve the use of hazardous gases, like carbon dioxide or oxygen, and regulatory agencies often mandate the installation of industrial fixed gas detection systems. Compliance with these regulations is crucial for avoiding penalties and ensuring a safe workspace.

With the CM-900 Industrial Fixed Gas Series, you can also rely on the devices ability to trigger an exhaust fan or send an immediate alarm to the fire department or monitoring company should a potential incident ever occur.

This series also includes two different sets of durable industrial enclosures, an aluminum coated or a stainless steel option, dependent upon your environment and wash down application requirements.

These devices include 3 relays that are triggered at:

CM-900: CO2 Industrial Fixed Gas Detector: 5,000 TWA, 5000 ppm, 1.5% CO2, and 3% to meet OSHA/NIOSH standards including local fire codes.

CM-902: O2 Industrial Fixed Gas Detector: 19.5%, 16.5%, and 12% O2 to meet OSHA/CGA O2 safety standards and requirements.
