Global Outbound Sales Professional Needed

Because of the success you, our clients, have given us, CO2Meter, Inc. continues to grow. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Outbound Sales Representative to add to our team. We have lofty future goals, and need an aggressive sales person to help meet them.

The Outbound Sales Representative position will be responsible for activating new business through email, phone calls, and webinars with a laser focus on closing sales with decision makers in a variety of industries including medical, hospitality, brewing, HVAC, and agriculture. A proven track record of success in the full B2B sales cycle is critical. The successful candidate must have an aggressive mentality, be self-motivated, have intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate a polished, professional sales demeanor and approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and be able to communicate the product portfolio
  • Follow and execute a targeted sales plan
  • Locate and influence decision makers
  • Polished, professional interactions with prospects including outbound electronic communication, phone calls, and an occasional in-person meeting
  • Responsible for 100% visibility of the sales process
  • Follow up on all leads provided by sales and marketing as well as generate own leads through proactive efforts
  • Warm and cold calling 40-50 potential clients per day
  • Prepare targeted sales presentations from existing data
  • Full sales cycle with customers with a focus on closing sales
  • Input into company goals and targets including inventory
  • Intellectual curiosity about the many diverse industries we serve

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 3+ years outside sales and cold calling skills
  • Able to follow and execute a full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to locate and influence decision makers
  • Ability to make presentations to diverse stakeholders
  • High energy work ethic that allows you to go above and beyond to achieve success
  • Aggressive mentality and experience, can-do attitude
  • Enjoy and successful at cold calling on the phone
  • Proven success with sales to large and small business segments
  • Follow up skills and persistence
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to travel up to 20% to attend events, shows, and on-site client calls
  • High level of proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree or associated certifications required

Qualifications and Experience Desired

  • Electronics background/aptitude preferred – instrumentation, sensors, etc.
  • Ability to network in many industries concurrently
  • Experience working for a small or start up business
  • Spanish as a second language


  • Base salary plus commission with a total compensation potential exceeding $100K
