ORMOND BEACH, FL., July 10, 2010 - Ray Hicks, President of CO2Meter.com, announced that Mark Ahrens has been hired as a North American Sales Representative for the company’s line of gas detection products.
Mark has over a decade of experience in the industrial gas detection sector, including chemical plants, sewage treatment and water plants, ammonia refrigeration, greenhouses, breweries and many others.
One market that Mark has considerable experience in is Cryogenics. His experience in the use of liquid nitrogen will benefit scientists and researchers who use LN2 for biological applications like cell and DNA storage, NMR and MRI labs.

Prior to joining CO2Meter.com, Mark served as Southeastern Regional Sales Manager for GfG-Instrumentation, Inc. In addition to his sales responsibilities, his gas-sensing product and service background enabled Mark to provide technical support and on-site training during systems installations.
