CO2Meter Runs For Health, Charity

2014 is the start of CO2Meter's campaign to not only become more involved in the community, but to be healthier too.

Several employees have started or are continuing programs of fitness and well being: from trips to the gym, to walks at lunchtime, to visits with a personal trainer.

On January 18, 2014 CO2Meter's Marketing Director Josh Pringle ran in the 2nd Annual Daytona Beach Guns & Hoses Charity 5K Race to benefit the American Heart Association. While it was a chilly 41 degrees in Daytona Beach the morning of the race, Josh placed 24th out of 71 runners. Even better, he placed 2nd in his age bracket with a time of 29:06.

We encourage everyone to find time for yourself this month and begin a regimen or routine that will give you peace of mind and body.

And next time you are in Central Florida let us know if you want to come out and join us at lunch for a walk or a 5K.

And if you think this is crazy, (who joins a supplier in a 5K race?), stay tuned to find out who our first customer running partner will be!
